Casual Dining Norteño Style.

Everything was goat themed. The elaborate carved wood chairs. All the architectural details. The napkin holders had pictures of splayed goats.

It was insane.

EXCELLENT eye, Rob. I wasn't sure if it would show up or not. They don't pay you well because you DON'T have an eye for detail. They don't pay you well for other reasons.

As for the answer to your question, I don't have one. I didn't want to wander the restaurant, taking even more pictures than I did. Perhaps they were fighting over a goat carcass that's out of frame. Maybe the King of Goat got it from a failed history and science museum in Saltillo. I just don't know...
