A Quick Dinner Before the Bus Trip Back.

Oaxacan versions of stuff my dad used to make. Carne guidada (with potatoes, as well), fideo and arroz.

I had five hours to revisit Oaxaca before the trip back to San Cristóbal. Spent in a crummy hotel, napping and showering and watching a VH¹countdown of soft rock hits.

Why did I have to back? I lost my debit card and had a temp sent to the only address I knew... of a friend in Oaxaca. Thank you Frost Bank. Thank you Isaac. Thank God it's over...
